WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All products purchased from AquagripCT are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, provided that they have not been installed or damaged. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and that a 30% restocking fee applies to all returned stock items. Custom items cannot be returned, but we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your custom item, please let us know, and we will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs.

HOW EASY IS IT TO CLEAN THE FOAM?
Our marine foam is the toughest on the market, made from a closed-cell crosslink PE/EVA blend with superior UV and stain resistance. For regular maintenance, clean the decking with normal boat soap and water. For stubborn stains or grease, use Dawn dish soap with a medium bristle brush. Our foam can be power washed; stay vertical and about 4-5 inches away from the surface to remove deep stains and dirt build-up. Watch our video of power washing our boat after winter.
Warranty
Aquagrip offers a comprehensive three-year warranty for all of our materials. Our warranty covers the costs for delamination, manufacturer defects, and color bleeding. In the event that you need to make a warranty claim, we will ship the replacement material to you to fulfill the service. If you require on-site warranty support, we can provide it for an hourly labor charge. We will provide an estimate for the specific work required at the time of the warranty request.
Please note that our warranty covers the first occurrence of damage caused by Light Amplification due to excessive heating of the material from a highly reflective surface (material only).
